You agree not to use any information supplied to you for commercial purposes other than for direct client interaction in accordance with your site license or else with the express written consent of Benchmarking.com.au Pty Limited and that any information supplied shall be for your and your direct clients use only.
You may view the site or print out a copy for your own personal use or information only and refrain from using the site for any purposes which violates any right of Benchmarking.com.au.
3. Licensing
Certified Partner or Certified Gold Partner Subscriptions to the Benchmark Suite are available to Accounting Firms and Financial Planning firms. Https://bbs.benchmarking.com.au gives access to the technology platform and all available data for the purpose of unlimited benchmarking and / or valuing your or a client's business during the time of subscription. You have as many concurrent logons to the application as per your subscripition (5 by default).
The subscription is a site license, which means that it can only be used from one physical office location. Use from a client location, home and for remote workplace users from their home is included in the site license. Contents and reports can be distributed to direct and established clients within a framework of person to person interaction. No digital publication and / or sale from your website and / or intranet is allowed. See exclusions below.
The licensing limitations do not apply if a user accesses the Benchmarking.com.au service through an account created on the basis of a specific project or licensing contract.
4. Exclusions / Licensing Limitations
The following use is expressly prohibited with the purchase of a standard Benchmarking Suite site subscription and needs to be licensed specifically to your exact circumstances:
- Access from multiple sites via Terminal Services on a single site subscription
- Access from multiple physical offices via webbrowser on a single site subscription
- Any access by officers and personell of entities other than the subscribing one
- Making access available to any Benchmarking.com.au material via a membersip, subscription service, onsell platform or by handing out your access details
- Making access available to any Benchmarking.com.au material via intranet, file storage or email within an organisation spanning across more than one site / physical office location
- Use of the core data within any 3rd party software developed for any commercial or non-commercial purpose. You may not use parts or all of our data to create "internal" or commercial benchmarking or valuation software.
- Use of any data and / or reports after the subscription has expired. You may not use any parts of the benchmarking.com.au offering without a current and valid subscription.
- Renting or lending our service and / or data to users / subscribers that are not your employees (e.g. libraries)
Access to the application and data may be restricted by IP address(es) and download volume. If the system detects a potential breach, the service may be suspended until conformity with our terms and conditions has been established.
Contact us today if you require specific licensing solutions for your business or project or if you are uncertain if your intended use is within the limitations of our standard licensing agreement.
